Products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the product receipt date, provided they are in original condition and include all of the original accessories and packaging.
If your purchase included free shipping, that amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded. Shipping is non-refundable.


Guide for Returning Product
Before returning an item, send us an email at hello@music-fingers.com and we will inform you of the address to which to send it. Please, do not send your purchase back to the address it was sent from and let us know your order number available for reference.
To help facilitate the return process, please ensure that:
Product(s) is/are in original packaging and condition
All accessories and/or manuals/literature are included
Original shipping carton or alternate box is used for secure shipment of merchandise


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement, and alltogether no more than 30 days.
Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@music-fingers.com.


Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us at hello@music-fingers.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@music-fingers.com. Music Fingers will bear the shipping costs.


Warranty
The products you buy online have the same legal guarantee as any other product purchased new: 3 years if the product was purchased after January 1, 2022.
